Jessica graduated from an extensive training at Metro Beauty Academy, in Allentown, PA at the top of her class in '08. She studied under Mathew Allen Thorpe at Excape Hair Design Studio in Allentown, PA while also student taught at Metro Beauty Academy. Jessica taught modeling hair classes at Image International Modeling Agency also in Allentown. For the past 10 years, she has been a Master Stylist, Makeup Artist, and Manager at Tangles Salon & Spa in Easton Pa before Owning her own hair salon, 'Jessica Scott Hair' in Sciota Pa in 2019.  In 2018, she became a Sunlights Balayage Educator and also works with many other brands as an influencer on social media. She has also won "Best Hairstylist" in 2018 for "The Best of the Lehigh Valley" for Style Magazine. Also in 2018, she was named "Modern Salon's TOP 100 Stylist with a Published Editorial Spread in Modern Salon's Magazine. Jessica has joined Behind the Chair's "theBTCteam" and also got her first nomination as a finalist for the One Shot Hair Awards in "Long Hair Cut" Category. The summer of 2018, she helped on set of "Daniel Roebuck's short film called "In This Moment" . In 2019, she also has had two other Hair Nominations.  A first time finalist nomination "in Braids Category" for Licensed to Create Awards Hosted by Cosmoprof Beauty, and second year finalist  nomination for Behind the Chair's One Shot Hair Awards, also in the Braiding Category  &  Cool Balayage.  Throughout her career, she has taking multiple color and haircutting classes, multiple hair shows, and getting certified in several hair  extensions applications  as well with Brazilian Blowout. She continues to take ongoing education while traveling teaching Balayage  Classes and is excited to see where her career takes her in which she is so passionate about.  In  2021,  another  2  nominations for  BehindtheChair Oneshot  awards:  Warm  Balayage &  Top  15  in  Color  Video.  She Won BehindtheChair OneShotAwards in Color Video!.  IN  2022  she  had another  9  Nominations  and  Won  again  for  “Balayage”  Shot! She  also taught  her  blonding  techniques &  social  media  education on  main stage  in  2021  &  2022  while  continuing  teaching  on  Stage  for  Behindthechair  and  Moroccanoil.  She  has  WON "Colorist of the Year" for  the  “American  Influencer  Awards”  (@aiaawards)  which  was  hosted  in  Hollywood  California on Nov, 3rd 2021  And  Won again in  2022. Early 2022 she was announced as a Global Color Ambassador for Moroccanoil.

Gianna graduated from Metro Beauty Academy in Allentown, PA in 2017. She then moved to Nashville, TN where she furthered her education at Paul Mitchell School of Murfreesboro. She worked at a salon in Nashville until moving back to PA. Gianna specializes in foiling for blending and dimensional color services. Brooke recently graduated this summer from Metro Beauty Academy in Allentown, PA. She started assisting for a few months and furthering her skills, before deciding to join Jessica Scott Hair. She specializes in low and high maintenance blonding and lived in color. She is so passionate about the hair industry and she hopes to see you in her chair!
