It is important that you arrive on time. Pleased be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and our same day cancellation fee will apply, which is 50% the cost of the service.
If you are running late, please text the salon and let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your appointment time. A 2nd confirmation text will be sent 1 day prior as well. If you DO NOT confirm, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, miss/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee.
All color clients are required to pay a deposit prior to booking which will go toward your services for that day . In the case that the 72 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Jessica Scott Hair reserves the right to keep that deposit and you will be charged 50% of the services or 100% of the services if you were to no show.
When you arrive, we will ask you to do the following:
- Notify us by TEXT that you are here. When we are ready for you, you will recieve a text back.
- Put on an ear loop face mask, which you will need to wear at all times.
-Sanitize your hands once you arrived into the salon.
-Refrain from hugging, or shaking hands with your stylist.
Your appointments are every important to the Jessica Scott Hair Salon Team Members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 72 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your Service in which was scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Jessica Scott Hair.
Please DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Jessica Scott Hair does not allow children or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
If you do not contact us to cancel / reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled.
We do not offer refunds of any kind.
**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR JESSICA SCOTT HAIR.
